Kenyon</div> <div> <I><IMG SRC="eff3af00.jpg" border=0 width="314" height="240" ALIGN="LEFT" HSPACE="6" VSPACE="0"></I><B>Henry Rodman Kenyon (1861 - 1926)</B></div> <div> <B>The Road Home </B><I>oil on board, 12" x 14", signed lower right and on reverse</I></div> <div> <I><B>SOLD</B></I></div> <bR> <div> <I>A completely charming work by one of our favorite artists, most likely painted around Ipswich, Massachusetts.   Kenyon was born in Centerville, Rhode Island and studied at the Moses Brown School in Providence, at RISD, and at the Academie Julien in Paris.  He was a member of the Providence Art Club and the North Shore Art Association.  He also exhibited at the National Academy of Design, the Boston Art Club, and the Paris Salon.  In 1988 the Florence Griswold Museum in Old Lyme and also the Cooley Gallery held retrospective exhibitions of his work.</I></div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
